What we built
Statutory and environmental reporting moved online, with checks that cut errors and preparation effort.
A self-service portal became the single point of contact: site records, electronic applications, charges and balances, and payment by QR code or a payment reference.
A fully electronic lifecycle for every regulated site, with user support running 24×7×365 through peak load.
A centralised charge-administration layer, integrated with payment and document-exchange systems.
Eighteen public services moved online, seven of them rebuilt around a shared register instead of document exchange.
