Build the service that runs statistical and departmental data collection: designing collection forms, configuring and launching reporting campaigns, building the respondent catalogue and controlling the campaign lifecycle.
Move collection onto versioned, reusable definitions — indicators, forms and campaigns managed as data — so campaigns can be repeated and scaled without new errors creeping in.

What we built
A managed pipeline for reporting campaigns: create and maintain forms, set campaign parameters — deadlines, indicator sets, form versions — and control the whole campaign lifecycle.
A single indicator register with versioning and a controlled change process — requests, statuses, updates — so indicators are reused between campaigns instead of duplicated.
List views of forms and campaigns, with filtering and sorting built in.
A respondent catalogue generated from the rules of each campaign, rather than maintained by hand.
